The Experience

Benefits That Go Deeper

Sauna and cold plunge are evidence-based tools that support your body in different ways. Heat can improve circulation, ease muscle tension, reduce stress, and support better sleep. Cold can help reduce inflammation and muscle soreness while supporting mental resilience

On their own, each offers distinct benefits. When combined through contrast therapy , they become even more powerful.

Contrast Therapy Flow

Begin with 10–20 minutes in the sauna

When you’re ready, move into the cold plunge for 1–4 minutes, focusing on slow, controlled breathing.

Take a few moments between rounds to let your body warm naturally , then return to the sauna when you’re ready.

Repeat at your own pace.

Finish with cold when you want to feel energized, or finish with heat when relaxation is your goal.

The Same Elements, Different Outcomes

What you want from your session may change depending on the time of day.

In the morning, you may want to start the day feeling energized  and focused.

In the afternoon, it can be your chance to step away, reset, and return to your day feeling refreshed and recharged.

In the evening, you may want to slow down, unwind, and prepare for a restful night.

The elements remain the same, but the experience is shaped by what you need that day.
